It is the entry point to my AI training for companies: the same programme, paced for people starting from scratch.
Why many teams have not started yet
Most employees use AI without having been trained, or do not use it at all. In BCG's AI at Work 2025 survey, only 36% of employees feel properly trained in AI, and 18% of regular users have received no training at all. On the company side, Eurostat reports that 20% of EU enterprises used AI in 2025, and only 17% of small ones.
Starting now, on solid foundations, avoids picking up bad habits.
What you learn starting from scratch
| Step | What you can do by the end |
|---|---|
| Understand | Explain what generative AI is, what it can do and what it cannot |
| Ask | Write a clear prompt: context, task and expected format |
| Check | Spot an error and verify an answer against the source |
| Protect | Know which information must never be entered |
| Apply | Complete three real tasks from your own job |
The 5 beginner mistakes the training prevents
Believing everything AI says. Generative AI can give a wrong answer with full confidence. Facts, figures and quotes get checked.
Writing requests that are too short. "Write an email" gives a generic result. Context and the expected format change everything.
Entering sensitive data. Personal data, contracts and confidential information should not be pasted into an assistant without a defined framework.
Giving up after the first bad answer. You correct the request, add detail and give an example.
Using it like a search engine. AI is more useful for writing, summarising and rewording than for looking up a fact.
Example of a first prompt
Prompt training for teams goes further once these basics are in place.
