I've worked in many professions. Today, each one shapes how I work with AI.

My career has never followed a straight line. I've worked as an optician, salesperson, French teacher, translator and interpreter, SEO consultant specialising in link building, and website creator — first with WordPress, then with other technologies. I've also worked in professional kitchens as a cook, chef de partie and head chef, as well as a home cook and private chef. Every role taught me to understand a new environment quickly, adapt, and turn a concrete need into a useful solution.

Working for myself has given me a complete view of business: accounting, organisation, marketing, production and coordinating with different people. Today, artificial intelligence connects all those experiences. It allows me to work across many fields, spend less time on demanding tasks and create more value from every effort — the spirit of the Pareto principle applied to real work. That's what I want to teach and help put into practice: tangible support for greater efficiency, a better return on investment and, above all, a better quality of life.
