Claude training
Claude training for companies
A hands-on course focused on working with documents, professional writing and information analysis using Claude, with exercises based on your team's real cases.
What is Claude and why train your team?
Claude is the AI assistant from Anthropic, particularly strong at reading long documents, producing carefully worded text and reasoning step by step. Training prevents ad-hoc use: in one day participants learn reusable methods that save hours every week.
Many teams already experiment with Claude on their own, but without a method results are uneven: vague prompts, generic answers and uncertainty about what data can be shared. Training converts that intuitive use into a professional practice, with templates, shared projects and clear verification criteria.
Claude excels at knowledge tasks: summarizing a fifty-page contract, comparing multiple commercial proposals, rewriting a report for management or extracting key points from a meeting. Its Projects and Artefacts features let you store context and generate documents, tables or small prototypes directly within the conversation.
What does your team learn in the Claude course?
The program covers six practical modules, from fundamentals to advanced workflows. Each module combines a short demonstration with exercises on participants' real documents and tasks.
1. Claude fundamentals
Available models, differences between plans, interface, context limits and how a language model 'thinks' to avoid misuse.
2. Effective prompts
Role-context-task-format structure, examples, step-by-step instructions and a library of reusable prompts for day-to-day use.
3. Long documents
Summarize, compare and query PDFs, contracts, reports or minutes; cite source passages and control hallucinations.
4. Professional writing
Emails, proposals, reports and content in the brand voice; review, rewrite and adapt for different audiences.
5. Projects and Artefacts
Set up Projects with team instructions and reference documents; create tables, documents and prototypes with Artefacts.
6. Data, privacy and best practices
Spreadsheet analysis, result verification, what information not to share, the European AI Act and internal usage rules.
How does Claude differ from ChatGPT and Gemini?
Claude stands out with long documents and nuanced writing, ChatGPT is the most versatile with the widest integrations, and Gemini integrates natively with Google Workspace. All three offer a free plan and an individual plan of around €20 per month, so the choice mainly depends on the task and the tools your company already uses.
| Criterion | Claude | ChatGPT | Gemini |
|---|---|---|---|
| Long documents | Excellent: very large context, cites source documents reliably | Very good, with file upload and document search | Very good, very large context and reading from Google Drive |
| Writing | Natural, nuanced tone, ideal for professional texts | Very versatile, strong performance across varied formats | Adequate, more direct; integrated with Gmail and Docs |
| Data analysis | Spreadsheet and chart analysis via Artefacts | Very comprehensive: runs code and generates charts | Good, especially for Google Sheets |
| Integrations | Connectors (Google Drive, Slack, etc.) and MCP protocol | The largest ecosystem: GPTs, connectors, Microsoft | Native in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet) |
| Subscription pricing | Free; Pro ~18-20 €/month; Team and Enterprise for businesses | Free; Plus ~20 €/month; Team and Enterprise for businesses | Free; Google AI Pro ~20 €/month; included in some Workspace plans |
Who is the Claude course for?
Designed for non-technical teams that work with text and information: management, marketing, sales, human resources, legal, finance and customer service. No prior AI knowledge is required.
Groups are kept small to ensure individual practice. Before the session, a free 30-minute assessment identifies the team's priority use cases and adapts the exercises to your documents, processes and starting level.
How much does a Claude AI course cost?
A practical half-day workshop starts at 590 € + VAT per group and a full 7-hour day at 990 € + VAT, depending on the sector. The final price depends on the number of participants, the format (online, in-person or in-company) and the level of customization.
Depending on the project, training may be eligible for funding through FUNDAE via organizing entities. Each participant receives the AI Productivity Kit with prompts, templates and guides to continue progressing after the session.
Is there a Claude video course?
Yes. In addition to live corporate sessions, there is an online video course to learn Claude at your own pace, based on the method from the book “The Claude AI Bible”.
What questions come up before training in Claude?
These are the most common questions companies ask before organizing AI training.
Do I need to know about artificial intelligence?
No. The training sessions are designed to start from scratch. We explain in simple terms what generative AI is, how tools like ChatGPT or Claude work and what they can do for each role. Participants practice from the first moment with guided exercises, so no prior experience or technical knowledge is needed to benefit from the session.
Is the training technical?
No. It is aimed at non-technical professionals: administration, sales, marketing, human resources, customer support or management teams. Nothing complex is programmed or installed. We work with browser-accessible tools and real day-to-day cases so that each participant knows how to apply what they've learned to their own work from the next day.
Can the training be adapted to our company?
Yes, and it's one of its strengths. Before the session we analyze your sector, your processes and the tasks that consume the most time. With that information we prepare exercises, examples and prompts based on your real work. This way the training becomes much more useful and each department leaves with concrete applications they can use immediately.
Can it be done in person?
Yes. In-person training is delivered mainly in Madrid, at your offices or at an agreed venue. It is also possible to travel to other cities in Spain depending on the project, with a tailored budget. The in-person format favors group practice, peer exchange and real-time resolution of questions about each team's cases.
Can it be done online?
Yes. We offer live online sessions, ideal for teams spread across multiple offices or working remotely. The same practical content, guided exercises and interaction with the instructor are maintained. Participants work with their own tools while following the session and receive the same materials and resources as in the in-person modality.
Which tools are used?
Mainly ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, which are the generative AI tools most used in companies. Depending on your needs we can also include Microsoft Copilot or other solutions already available in your organization. The goal is not to learn a specific tool, but a working method that works with any current or future AI assistant.
